Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then you have the right to return any products/goods up to 30 days from when you receive the item/s. To do so, all you need to do is go to the bottom of our website page and click on the link `Delivery & Returns` underneath `Quick Links` and submit the information required. We will then contact you regarding this. We may only accept products if they are in a reasonable state. We do not accept responsibility to damage to products whilst in transit, you may contact your chosen courier service if you wish to pursue a complaint. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with your invoice enclosed. If you qualify for a refund you may be refunded with the full purchase price of the product as well as P&P costs (buyer pays return shipping). You will not be refunded until the product/s are received by us. You may also have the option to request another exact product or products, whereby you shall receive them free of charge/ Replacement Product/s.
