Rosemary Essential Oil

Rosemary Essential Oil is produced by the distillation of the tops of the rosemary shrub.

Rosemary is believed to be a stimulant and is often used to relieve aches and pains which makes it very popular in a massage oil.

Reduces fatigue & nervous tension. Helps maintain concentration.

It is also considered a hair tonic as it helps to stimulate the follicles making hair grow longer and stronger - it said it helps with baldness but we haven't tested that theory.

Adding a few drops of Rosemary Oil to the bath gives off a deep vapour which is said to ease rheumatism and respiratory problems.

Try blending it with Lavender Oil or Lemongrass Oil for extra effect.
